PSP Skins
If you are like me, when you first heard someone talking about PSP Skins, you probably thought they were talking about changing the background of the PSP. As you notice, each month, the PSP menu background changes to another color. I thought, how cool would it be to have your own PSP Skins with a customized background, icons, etc? Well, so far no one has hacked the PSP to do this. Yet.
